Diagnostic Kit for C-reactive Protein (Immunochromatographic assay)
Description
The kit is used for quantitative determination of C-reactive protein (CRP) and Serum Amyloid A protein (SAA) in human whole blood, plasma and serum. SAA and CRP are sensitive indicators reflecting infectious diseases.
Principle
This product is based on the principle of sandwich immunoassay for determination of hs-CRP in human blood specimens. Two monoclonal antibodies are employed to identify hs-CRP specifically, resulting in one or two purplish red streaks appear on the test line. The color intensity of the test lines increase in proportion to the hs-CRP concentration.
Then insert test card into theNIR-1000 Quantitative Immunoassay Analyzer, the concentration of hs-CRP is measured quantitatively and displayed on the screen. The result can be transmitted to the lab or hospital information system.
